BEFore/After - Lay AVE
Lay Ave will always be the "fixer" that was actually a new build! As soon as walls were opened up, we realized we were dealing with needing to reframe the entire home! It was absolutely worth every effort made to restore this gem in Northern CA.
Lay Ave went from being a 1 BD 1 BTH 560 sq ft home to a beautifully renovated 2 BD 1 BTH with an office and indoor laundry! No expenses were spared on this home and that includes everything from plumbing, electrical and landscape.
The goal with the living space was to give the feel of a larger, naturally lit living space with very little sq ft to work with.
The LVP flooring in combination with newer, larger windows and an opened wall to give a clear view into the newly remodeled kitchen seemed to be the perfect idea to bring the lighting and feel we were looking for.
THE KITCHEN WAS A MAJOR PAIN POINT. We came to learn that a tree had grown roots INTO the kitchen floor. We ended up needing to break and remove the foundation in order to give the home a sound and level foundation for a family to enjoy for years to come.
All new electrical and electrical appliances combined so well with granite counters and new LVP floors.
